Local restaurants faced off to develop the best signature popcorn, creating a recipe that reflects the restaurant. Several restaurants were given six pounds of un-popped popcorn and a whirley-pop for making their signature popcorn. The inaugural popcorn bowl helps raise awareness of the Boy Scouts popcorn fundraising efforts. And the winner this year is Sea Dog Brewing.
