Athletes all the around the state are starting pre-season for fall sports this week. That can mean daily double training sessions. In some cases 4 to 5 hours on the field. After that tough workout or training session, many of us reach for that sports drink to give us a boost to help recover. But new research shows chocolate milk might be a better option.
