A Maine filmmaker is receiving international attention. Tyler Johnston will screen his short documentary "Five Bones" at the Trinidad and Tobago Film Festival this year. The documentary is a glimpse into the world of four boys of Haitian decent, who live in an under-privileged community in the Bahamas. Tyler is a busy guy -- as he also is in charge of the Portland Maine Film Festival, which is coming up in October.

Movie Screenings at the MECA USM and Mayo Street Arts.

Call for movie submissions ends August 10th - we are looking for local, regional, national and international movies.
