National Rainier Cherry Day with 555 Restaurant

Today is National Rainier Cherry Day. It's a day to celebrate northwest cherries, and a Maine restaurant is getting in on the action. The national "Tree to Table" campaign picks one restaurant in each state to be part of it. The chef at 555 here in Portland was sent 40 pounds of rainier cherries to create a unique menu item in honor of cherry day. Chef Matt Ginn is here to show us what he came up with.
