We are just days away from the inaugural Portland Performing Arts Festival. The festival will transform Portland's arts district into a hotbed of creative activity for four days. This morning we have a preview of what you can expect. Kara Larson is the founder of the Portland Performing Arts Festival. She's here with Amanda Huotari who's part of the celebration ensemble.
