Right now at restaurants from Kennebunk to Bar Harbor, a fish that doesn't get much attention is getting lots of it. The Gulf of Maine Research Institute is trying to raise awareness about lesser-known and undervalued gulf of Maine seafood. It's an effort that's teamed up fishermen and chefs.
