Suicide In Older Adults

5/25/12: It is a shocking fact but 20 percent of all suicide deaths in our country happen in the 65 plus population. More than 2 million older adults in the US over the age of 65 suffer from some form of depression. Geriatric care manager Paula Banks is with us today to talk about some of the major signs of depression that can lead to suicide among the elderly and what to do about it.
