Happy birthday, Bob Dylan.  The influential pop music icon turns 71 today.  Today his most well-known songs go back to the 1960s, but his career spans 5 decades.  From civil rights to anti-war, Dylan has tackled a lot of social issues with his music.   Maine's Bob Dylan cover band, The Bob Band, is here.  Veteran musicians teamed up to pay tribute to the living legend.  Lead singer Dennis Bailey, best known for his work in politics, is wearing a different hat today.
