We are just one day away from the third annual Tri For The Y.  It's a fundraising event that's become more popular every year.  It's an ideal mini triathlon for beginners and those who want to build up to full triathlons.  The money raised goes to the Y's financial assistance programs.  Now to prove this is for all ages, 74-year-old tri-athlete Michael Cowell and 17-year-old participant Gabe Coleman are here.  Y CEO Helen Brena is here with them.
