Education coordinator Sarah Plummer is in to talk about the Urban Runoff 5K Race.  The goal is to fund clean water education to build healthy communities.  The Urban Runoff 5k - will lead into Portland's green neighbor family fest.  It's the first kick-off event for Portland's "greener neighborhoods, cleaner streams" program.  Families and community members will be able to take part in hands on activities about water and learn steps to becoming a green neighbor.
