James Raymond, the former teacher who served 60 days in jail for molesting two students at the Park Avenue Elementary school in Aburn, has now been indicted on federal sex charges, and could get life in prison if found guilty.
Raymond is facing two counts of transporting a minor with intent to engage in criminal activity, for crimes he allegedly committed back in 2007.
Thursday afternoon, Raymond appeared before a federal magistrate, who set his bail at $10,000, adding a long list of bail conditions, including electronic monitoring, a curfew, and mandatory sex offender treatment.
Raymond's trial is scheduled to begin November 30.
